This program is for anyone wanting to lose weight and transform not only their appearance but their general health and well-being from the inside out.
The target of this program is to help and assist you in losing as much weight as possible safely within the time frame of the program. It is also to teach and instil a healthy and happy eating pattern and lifestyle of the client.
12 weeks/16 weeks/20 weeks
2 x 30min PT per week, Unlimited small group fitness class, meal plans, weekly check-ins, measurements plus progress pics, discounted supplements.
Price: $1800 (weekly payments of $150 OR a 10% discount if paid in full of $1620)
This program has three options; 12 weeks, 16 weeks or 20 weeks.
Muscle Growth / Mass Building
This program is designed to help clients build and gain muscle mass as well as lose unwanted fat.
The target of this program is to assist clients in building as much muscle as possible in the program time frame as well as teaching clients the correct methods of building muscles mass.
2 x 30min PT per week, Unlimited small group fitness classes, meal plans, weekly check-ins, measurements plus progress pics, discounted supplements.
Price: $1800 (weekly payments of $150 OR 10% discount if paid in full of $1620)
This program runs for 8-12 weeks.
