Beginner Foundation Introductory Program

This program is great for first-time gym users.  It teaches you all you need to know to start your physical wellness journey.  Learning the proper way to lift weights and how to safely exercise within the gym.  It teaches the benefits you can achieve and increases your overall health and fitness.

Program Target

The achievable target from this program is to make sure you feel comfortable in the gym.  You should feel confident in using all equipment & machines on your own.  You will see some great strength gains, muscle tone & fat loss in just the 8 weeks of this program.

How much

1 x weekly PT session 1 x unlimited weekly group sessions

Price: $940 (weekly payments of $117 OR a 10% discount if paid in full of $846)

How long

This program runs for 8 weeks.

 

Transformation / Weight Loss Program

This program is for anyone wanting to lose weight and transform not only their appearance but their general health and well-being from the inside out.

Program Target

The target of this program is to help and assist you in losing as much weight as possible safely within the time frame of the program.  It is also to teach and instil a healthy and happy eating pattern and lifestyle of the client.

How much

12 weeks/16 weeks/20 weeks

2 x 30min PT per week, Unlimited small group fitness class, meal plans, weekly check-ins, measurements plus progress pics, discounted supplements.

Price: $1800 (weekly payments of $150 OR a 10% discount if paid in full of $1620)

 

How long

This program has three options; 12 weeks, 16 weeks or 20 weeks.

Muscle Growth / Mass Building

This program is designed to help clients build and gain muscle mass as well as lose unwanted fat.

Program Target

The target of this program is to assist clients in building as much muscle as possible in the program time frame as well as teaching clients the correct methods of building muscles mass.

How much

2 x 30min PT per week, Unlimited small group fitness classes, meal plans, weekly check-ins, measurements plus progress pics, discounted supplements.

Price: $1800 (weekly payments of $150 OR 10% discount if paid in full of $1620)

How long

This program runs for 8-12 weeks.
