    1. The achievable target from this program is that the client feels comfortable in the gym. They should feel confident in using all equipment & machines on their own.
    2. They will see some great strength gains, muscle tone & fat loss in just the 8 weeks for this program.
  3. How much- such as 20 PT session, or $1000 packages, or 10 group classes:
    1. Access based on age ($12.95 per week – $103.60)
      1 x weekly small group session per week ($40 per week – $320.00)
    2. 1 x weekly PT session
      1 x phased lifting program (valued at $300 BUT developed by AG as generic format with Oasis IP)
